Our teacher assigned us a task months ago. It involves selecting an organization's mission statement and posting on social media about the mission statement. The Gabriela Silang Alliance was our organisation of choice. We choose that organisation because we want to support a cause that gives women more power.

 Next, we were tasked to create a site. Our organisation, Empowered She, decided to build this website to help women feel empowered and to educate everyone about the potential of women after seeing that misconceptions that disparage women still persist. We also hope to advance justice and gender equality. Lastly, we seek to be a part of the social movement against patriarchy.
